Terms of Use

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Binder.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of the cards, images, notes, and other content you add ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Binder a limited license to host, process, display, and analyze Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, AI identification, valuation, and showing your public collection to others when you choose to make it public).

• All grades, identifications, and estimated values are informational estimates only, generated by AI and market data.
• They are not a guarantee of authenticity, condition, professional grade, or resale price.
• Binder is not a substitute for professional grading or appraisal. Always do your own research before buying, selling, or trading.

• Trades, cash offers, and sales arranged through Binder are agreements between users.
• Binder facilitates communication and records ownership history but is not a party to your transactions and does not guarantee any deal, payment, or delivery.
• You are responsible for verifying the other party, the card, and completing any payment or shipping safely.
• Ownership-verification and provenance features are tools to build trust but do not constitute a legal guarantee of authenticity or ownership.

• Communities, posts, comments, and events are user-generated content. Community owners and moderators may pin, remove, or moderate content in their communities.
• Events (trade shows, card shows, meetups, etc.) are posted by users. Binder does not organize, endorse, or verify events and is not responsible for their accuracy, cancellation, safety, or anything that occurs at them. Always confirm details with the official event organizer or website.
• Posting an event notifies other users; marking yourself "Interested" subscribes you to updates about that event from its host.
• Marketplace listings shown in the Shop are sourced from third-party marketplaces; purchases happen on those platforms under their own terms.
• You must follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate them.

You agree not to:

• Upload counterfeit listings, misrepresent cards, or commit fraud.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

The Binder name, logo, app design, software, and features are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission. Trademarks and card content belong to their respective owners.

You may stop using Binder and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm other users or us. Certain records (such as trade and ownership history) may be retained to preserve provenance integrity.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of valuations, identifications, or market data. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binder and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from trades, sales, valuations, or use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
