Joe Rogan conjures unique Conor McGregor theory after UFC star's failed comeback against Max Holloway

Conor McGregor had been out of the octagon since 2021 before he made his sensational comeback to MMA in 2026 for a rematch with UFC rival Max Holloway .

The 38-year-old Irish MMA superstar initially defeated Holloway by unanimous decision in 2013, but McGregor would suffer a key setback in the summer.

McGregor suffered a torn ACL and meniscus in his right knee during his headline UFC 329 fight in July and Holloway scored a first-round TKO win over the Irishman.
