Koen Mazoudier is moving up from junior middleweight with a 16-4-1 record and just six knockouts.

“October 17 We Back To Business,” Charlo posted on Instagram on Thursday ahead of their Las Vegas fight.

The matchmaking resembles his November 2023 return against Jose Benavidez Jr., another opponent who had competed at lower weights. Charlo won that fight, then disappeared until his May 2025 stoppage of Thomas LaManna. He has completed only two bouts since June 2021.
