NFL international games schedule: Where, what teams, how many games

This year's international slate features a record nine games played outside the United States. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has previously stated that the long-term goal is to increase this number to 16 international games per season.

The Colts-Commanders showdown is just the beginning of a three-game stretch in London this year.

Up next, the Philadelphia Eagles will take on the Jacksonville Jaguars on Oct. 11 in a Week 5 matchup, also at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The Jaguars will then remain in London to play the Houston Texans on Oct. 18 at Wembley Stadium for Week 6.
