Joe Burrow pushes back on ‘not clutch’ narrative

That was in Week 4 of the 2021 season against the Jacksonville Jaguars, when Joe Burrow led a 10-play, 73-yard drive that took the last 5:33 off the clock in a 24-21 comeback victory.

Not to mention, the Bengals trailed 14-0 at halftime of that game. Burrow was 17/20 for 253 yards and two touchdowns in the second half of that game. Three touchdown drives and the game-winning drive for the game-winning field goal.

Joe Burrow is clutch. Period. Whatever false national narratives that are being floated around are fruitless . Just go back and watch any clutch moment from Burrow in 2021 and 2022. He proved time and time again in those two seasons that he is clutch. It is not at all his fault the Bengals have lost games over the last two seasons. Those national narratives clearly forget why the Bengals lost those games.
