Reviewing the Bears’ PFN grades from Week 3 vs. Eagles

It was about as thorough a beating as one could imagine. The Bears' passing attack proved to be too much for the Eagles to overcome, while Chicago's heavy blitz helped them generate pressure on passing downs and keep Jalen Hurts guessing all evening. These efforts are reflected in the analytics, where several key contributors on the Bears finished with favorable production.

Each week, I'll review how Chicago's eligible performers graded by Pro Football Network's Impact Scoring model. Here's how Week 3 looked.

Week 3 marked the second week in a row that Darnell Wright finished with the highest PFN OL Impact grade of any offensive tackle in the NFL. He remains the top-graded lineman in the league, regardless of position. Keenum was quite efficient with his workload, ranking No. 12 in the NFL with 0.18 EPA per dropback. Though he finished the game with a strong 70.6% completion percentage, his completion percentage over expected (CPOE) was just +2.8. That generally suggests Ben Johnson did a good job making life easier with assignments to manage.
