49ers LT Trent Williams returns to limited participation Thursday

It was a welcome sight for a team with seven other key players on its injury report.

Williams (neck) had limited participation after missing Wednesday's practice.

Defensive end Nick Bosa (knee/calf), wide receiver Mike Evans (ribs), linebacker Dre Greenlaw (quad), defensive tackle James Thompson (ankle) and defensive end Keion White (hamstring) did not practice for a second consecutive day.
