Browns, Steelers inactives: Cleveland gets key piece back, loses another, Jalen Ramsey decision

First, let's start off with the good news: after missing this past Sunday's game, cornerback Tyson Campbell is back and ready to start. Grant Delpit , who was a bit banged up, is also ready to play. Cleveland had already ruled out three players heading into the game, so with them only needing to announce five inactives (and Taylen Green being a regular on it), there isn't much of a surprise here for the team's Week 4 inactives:
