He said, all-in-all, there was a theme of negative plays and they need to keep building continuity in what they're doing. Hurts also noted that all the things that get them behind the sticks, are things they can control, so they need to get to work to fix those.

The quarterback acknowledged that a lot of people are going to spend the week picking apart the game and asking about individual plays, which he thinks is understood and appropriate, but as a leader of the team, he thinks that many of the concerns are bigger picture. Still, he's confident that they just need to keep working their process and continue to find themselves on offense.

"We just got to take this brick-by-brick. This is an opportunity to learn from, but we have to choose to learn from it. That was my message to everyone. Nobody's gonna wait on us to do the things we need to do, so we all just need to dedicate ourselves to this, and keep pushing forward."
