Cooper Flagg’s one-of-one Rookie Debut Patch Autograph has become one of the most important modern basketball cards to hit the public market .
The card came from 2025-26 Topps Chrome Update Basketball and combines three things the hobby consistently values: a true one-of-one, an on-card autograph and a patch from the jersey Flagg wore in his NBA debut.
It was pulled during a Rhode Island livestream break in August, graded PSA 10, and placed in Fanatics Collect’s September Premier Auction.
