Seven players to know for the Wild Card round (on teams other than the Red Sox)

The baseball postseason has a way of breeding stars. Starters who go on short rest, relievers who perform Houdini-like escape acts, and utility players who come up with big hits. I won't pretend to watch every game every night, but I do typically turn on a few innings during the day when they're available, and flip over to another game on MLB.TV when the Red Sox game ends. That, combined with being chronically online with a Twitter algorithm that serves me baseball highlights, means I have a pretty solid lay of the land.

So if you haven't had much opportunity to watch the rest of the playoff field yet, here is one player from each of the other Wild Card round teams to keep an eye on.
