Patriots vs. Bills opening odds: Pats seen as big underdogs against AFC East rivals

The Buffalo Bills have none of those issues. The 2025 division runner-ups are 3-0 and despite some hiccups in their Week 3 win over the Los Angeles Chargers are looking like one of the best teams in the NFL right now.

Unsurprisingly, the Bills are therefore heavy favorites over the Patriots in Week 4, as as a look at the odds presented by FanDuel Sportsbook shows.

The Patriots visiting Buffalo as underdogs is nothing new. Last year, for instance, they were seen as 9-point 'dogs heading into a Week 5 matchup with the then-undefeated Bills — a game they eventually ended up winning 23-20 in upset fashion.
