De'Von Achane's injury 'does not sound optimistic,' Dolphins head coach Jeff Hafley says after Miami's 24-10 loss to Chiefs

Achane's injury came on the team's fifth play of the game in a 24-10 loss to the visiting Kansas City Chiefs . He had three carries for 17 yards on the Dolphins' first drive before the injury.

Miami head coach Jeff Hafley gave a dim forecast postgame, telling reporters, "To be honest with you, it does not sound optimistic," he said.

Achane got up after the play, but was tended to by athletic trainers before he gingerly exited the field.
