The Seattle Seahawks will have their No. 1 quarterback on Sunday when they take on the Washington Commanders . Sam Darnold , who suffered a glute injury during the opening game of the season, was back at practice on Thursday as a full participant, and was off the injury report on Friday.

In Darnold's absence, Drew Lock threw for 187 yards and a touchdown during Seattle's Week 1 win over the New England Patriots . He followed that up during last week's win over the Arizona Cardinals with 235 passing yards and three touchdowns.

Head coach Mike Macdonald had said Darnold is "on a good track right now" to play in Week 3; on Friday, he said that Darnold is "ready to go."
