Astros’ System Wins Two Titles in 2026

In 2026, Astros minor league affiliates took home two championships, marking the first time two teams in the system won league titles in the same season since 2015, when Triple-A Fresno and Rookie-level Greeneville both won championships.

While winning minor league championships doesn't necessarily mean the big league club will have success, building a winning culture is important, and the Astros did just that this year at the lower levels of the system.

The Florida Complex League Astros, Houston's Rookie-level affiliate, put together a historic season in 2026. The club went 42-11 during the regular season, setting a new franchise record, before running through the postseason and winning all three games on its way to the FCL championship.
