NFL injury tracker Week 3: Latest news, fantasy implications as Sam Darnold (glute) 'on a good track' to return, Caleb Williams (hamstring)

The Seattle Seahawks could have their No. 1 quarterback on Sunday when they take on the Washington Commanders . Sam Darnold , who suffered a glute injury during the opening game of the season, was back at practice on Thursday as a full participant.

In Darnold's absence, Drew Lock threw for 187 yards and a touchdown during Seattle's Week 1 win over the New England Patriots . He followed that up during last week's win over the Arizona Cardinals with 235 passing yards and three touchdowns.

Head coach Mike Macdonald said Darnold is "on a good track right now" to play in Week 3 and the team will likely make a final decision sometime on Friday about whether he will start.
