Jalen Brunson ‘fully cleared’ for start of Knicks camp after offseason surgery

The Knicks captain was referring to his left shooting wrist, which required surgery in early July to repair a tendon issue .

Brunson, who played through the injury in the playoffs — earning NBA Finals MVP in the process — spent much of his summer in a cast but is ready for when it matters.

"I was told that I am cleared," Brunson said when asked if he can play five-on-five. "Just in time for training camp."
