Pokémon TCG Pocket Deluxe Pack: Mega launches Sept. 29 with guaranteed Pokémon ex cards

Pokémon TCG Pocket ’s Deluxe Pack: Mega expansion launches Sept. 29, 2026, at 6 p.m. PDT, featuring cards from previous expansions including Mega Rising through Ruler of the Skies. Each four-card pack is guaranteed to include at least one Pokémon ex, while the set also includes reissued four-diamond cards, parallel foil cards and new artwork. Starting Sept. 30, players can also collect covers and backdrops featuring Mega Charizard X. A major Pokémon TCG Pocket update planned for late October will add community decks, replace current rental decks with unlimited-use decks featuring cards from newer booster packs, rework step-up battles into a progressive solo mode and discontinue theme deck lists, deck missions and Release Celebration: Poké Gold deals. Additional events will include mass outbreaks, Ranked Match Season B4b SP, a Mega Garchomp ex Drop Event and a Wonder Pick event featuring Charmander and Drampa.
