Spectrum SportsNet announces broadcast team for 2026-27 season

On Wednesdays, Spectrum SportsNet announced its team for games this season, including the return of Billy Macdonald and Stu Lantz. After missing the back end of last season, Lantz will return for his 41st season with the team to call home games.

Lantz has long become one of the mainstays of Lakers games and his absence was felt at the end of last season. The news of him returning this year should be met with pretty unanimous excitement across the fanbase.

Danny Green , who stepped in for multiple games last year, will call road games in Stu's place. While clearly new to the role, Green was a good substitute last season and it's nice to see him get the chance to call more games this season.
