An injury to Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams headlined the news cycle after going down in the fourth quarter with an apparent non-contact injury . He was carted off before the team ruled him out with a hamstring injury . Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed suffered a scary neck injury and was also carted off after being stabilized on a backboard.

Star running back Saquon Barkley also had an injury scare, suffering a stinger that had him questionable in the first half before returning in the third quarter to finish the game.
