Eagles get last-second win over Titans, 24-20, on Jalen Hurts TD pass to Darius Cooper

Hurts connected with DaVonta Smith for a 19-yard pass on a flag route along the left sideline on third-and-6. That gave the Eagles a first-and-goal at the 3-yard line with no timeouts and 14 seconds left in regulation.

The Titans took a 20-17 lead with 1:56 left in the game, finishing off a 69-yard drive with a 33-yard field goal by Joey Slye . Cam Ward hit Elic Ayomanor for a 41-yard pass (hurdling over Philadelphia safety Marcus Epps ), and Tyjae Spears followed with a 27-yard run five plays later to get Tennessee to the Eagles' 9-yard line.

Facing an opportunity to put the Eagles away with a touchdown, Ward was sacked by Jalen Carter for a 9-yard loss on the next play and the Titans could only get 4 yards on the next two plays, forcing them to settle for a field goal attempt.
