As part of their tribute to Todd Helton, Rockies beat the Mariners 5-3

Manager Warren Schaffer described the game as "one of my favorite wins of the season" in his post-game press conference, and it's not hard to see why he would feel that way as the Rockies bested the Seattle Mariners , 5-3.

He got both JP Crawford and Randy Arozarena to strike out swinging to begin the game. Dominic Canzone worked the count full before walking on a pitch right at the top of the zone that was close enough that it may have been turned into a strike had Hunter Goodman challenged it.

Instead, Canzone walked to first and was immediately driven in on Cal Raleigh 's 23rd home run of the season.
