Minter, who was an assistant coach during the Ravens' historic preseason win streak between 2016 and 2023, downplayed the result and redirected focus to his players.

"You really want to play to your identity, and you want to create a play style of how you play in all three phases," Minter said in his postgame press conference. "What are your standards? What are you accepting as playing for the Ravens?"

Tonight, that standard was dominance on both sides of the ball for all 60 minutes. Minter's defense held the Commanders to just 177 yards on 52 plays (a paltry 3.4 yards per play) and 1-for-14 on third and fourth down. Declan Doyle's offense, led primarily by undrafted rookie quarterback Joe Fagnano, racked up 456 yards on 69 plays (6.6 YPP) and scored on four of their five trips to the red zone.
