Deion Sanders must testify in Shilo's bankruptcy trial — after Georgia Tech game (if at all)

The good news? He won't have to testify in the days preceding the regular-season opener at Georgia Tech, next Thursday night.

Via Christopher Kamrani of The Athletic , Sanders has been ordered to testify on Friday, September 4, at 1:30 p.m. MT. He will appear virtually, and not in court.

And he won't appear at all, unless Shilo's lawyer opens the door to testimony from Deion in a prior case. Deion's lawyer, Harvey Steinberg, told Kamrani that he doesn't expect Shilo's lawyers to open that door.
