Seattle’s rookies still face a tougher battle: proving they belong on the 53-man roster.
Yahoo Sports · August 28, 2026

Bud Clark is out for the season after suffering a broken ankle on Seattle's first defensive snap against the Tennessee Titans. Julian Neal is also dealing with an injury that has yet to be fully explained by the team.

The second-round pick out of TCU brought the versatility and coverage ability Seattle was looking for in its secondary, and his ability to contribute in different packages made him an appealing fit for the defense.
