Cubs Minor League Wrap: Owen Ayers walks it off for Iowa

Catcher Michael Carico has been activated off the Development List and rejoined High-A South Bend.

The Iowa Cubs used an umbrella to ward away the Omaha Storm Chasers (Royals), 7-6 .

Andrew Wantz put the I-Cubs in a great place to win, giving them five scoreless innings on just three hits. Wantz struck out three and walked two.
