"Jordan Miller underwent surgery today to repair a torn left rotator cuff sustained during an offseason workout last week. Miller will be reevaluated in 6 months," The Clippers announced on Wednesday.
Reevaluated in six months means the soonest he might return is March, and he could return later than that.
Miller, a 2023 second-round pick out of Miami , took a step forward last season, averaging 10 points a game and shooting 34.5% from beyond the arc. He was rewarded with a three-year, $15.3 million contract this July. Miller will push to return and perform well this season because only the first year of that new contract is guaranteed.
